Subject: RE: 1961 Piper Colt airplane

Garner Iowa
was probably a bargain with low engine times. To some a Top end Overhaul doesn't mean much, but with the bottom end gone through a couple hundred hours before, it would have been a reliable engine. I had a top end done on my bonanza three years ago, 300 hours ago, due to low compression in two cylinders. Wish I would have gone to that auction, would love to have a small, slow flight plane for that kind of money to mount my go pro on for crop imagery. Prefer this over droans, worried what one of those could do to the front of my bonanza when they are flying 400-600 AGL ...Thanks for sharing Pete!
