Have a few pictures of our project this spring. Ripped all fertilizer plumbing off or JD 7200 planter. They were too small and filled with crap from leaving tanks full over winter too many years. Replumbed it with 1.5" tiger flex, valves on each tank, fill valves with strainer on both ends of planter. Also spilt tanks to use 2 for popup and 4 for 2x2. Popup are the center tanks, running an electric pump setup from agxcell, all run with Agleader Integra from Tim at Nu Ag Technology (tjm71 on agtalk). We are running 4 gallons of a 6-18-6 this year and playing around with few different additives (Capture LFR, Headline, etc.) The 2x2 is still an old JD squeeze pump, i hate the thing but after 8 years i really know how to make it work anymore. Finally got some check valves that work good with it this year. Still thinking of changed it out for next year, just such a job to keep running it seems. Shooting for 8 gallons of 32%, but haven't got there yet in 80 acres. Trying same ATS and Boron with our 2x2. With the tank valve we can fill everything to 70 gallons along with 12 bags of corn and plant 30 acres. Our planter is a 1991 JD 7200, 12 row, flex fold, and now with addition of even more plumbing and junk i think it's safe to say it's the most congested planter ever built, but its working great. Last picture is what next years project is, a full planting tender. Two coop tanks just isn't working. Thanks for looking.
