NW illinois | Has anyone out there ran liquid fertilizer through their force CS system? dad is having trouble with his new JD 1770 planter not putting on the correct rate and the pressure is too high, its running at 70 psi and is supposed to run at 40. It is calibrated for 4 gal/acre at 5.5 mph. He is using the size 40 orifice, he's going to try a size 59 tomorrow but the dealer seems to think its not going to work. any thoughts and comments are appreciated. thank you much:) | |
