I won't go into to details but he told a separate landlord that it was working out really well. Corn was going 200-250 16% and no damage. Just had to laugh and say maybe we should all start doing this. The tenant just can't tell the truth.
Sounds like they turned out alright and not ready to go broke yet to the disappointment of many.
The BTO is done with corn already.......
