I can only imagine what its like for you over there.

We are getting some of the wind, but it is a raw damp wind.

In this pic, I would assume the frost is not yet out from under that area, it is north of a grove.

I see 'steam' coming up from some areas of the fields, I wonder if those aren't the places frost is still in deep.

Moisture like this, you could probably be planting in 2 days where you are? Here, we have lows in the 30s and 40s for the foreseeable future, highs barely into the 50s maybe a 60 in the 7 day forecast. So cool and humid there won't be any evaporation, the mush just stays mush....

People do have corn in the ground west of me. That will be interesting, it usually comes to, but this has to be pushing it.
