Has anyone ever used a tile plow to try to stop the soil from blowing. A tile plow with a 6" boot on it going about 30" deep will leave a ridge about 15" high and about 5 feet wide at the base of the ridge. It would also have the advantage of pulling up clods. It might be difficult to pull if your soil is hard.

I doubt anyone has a tile plow out that way as there are very few in my part of the state.
