Central Nebraska
I would stay away from gypsum and elemental sulfur both will only help with tie up issues I farm over 1000 acres of similar ground but with irrigation and I can consistently raise 200+ but we have been pouring ammonium sulfate out as well as running either Mesz or avail on 11-52-0 to help get phos available. Manure will only help if u need to build organic matter due to most manure if from cattle being over 8.0 itself. I personally have a weed issue on a high PH hill now because I spread to much manure and pH doesn't let plants absorb glyphosphate as well!!! I wish u the best these are just my experience on my ground I might b wrong on your ground.
