So. IL | Should he really pay for any of this? Maybe he prepaid his chemicals for the year out of the operating budget, why should he need to tie up more money this year for something he did not want or order? I think with their attitude and wanting full price that I would make them come after me. They don't have a leg to stand on and will kick this one under the table after a few months.
