Not sure it would pay with yield potential like your predicting. I have done that combination several times on irrigated wheat and I do believe the combination foliar N and fungicide makes a difference. Aerial applicator says the yield bump may be due to the foliar N having a lot of surfactant in it which may help the fungicide penetrate the leaf better.
From what I have seen the combo works and I will do it again.
