Subject: High PH how to bring it down

I just picked up this piece of ground last fall and want to put corn in it. It has been sitting fallow for awhile and the soil test says the ph is 8.1 now is this to high and how will the corn like this ground also if it is to high how can you bring it back down? I plan on putting down 4 gallons of 3-18-18 in furrow and spreading probably something like 150 to 200 lbs of 19-19-19 per acre, would like to put more down but need operating money too through the year. What do you guys think of this for fertilizer on the corn?
Thanks
