you don't owe them a dime. they're dam lucky to just be out the product and app. I'm curious, who notified who about the screw-up?
+1. If they would have put that on a bean field and if the beans were planted they would be looking at a lawsuit of up to 50K. They lucked out that it was a corn field and the damage isn't worse. They should eat the application and how you two work out the product is up to you. |
