Urea melts easy. No need to grind the urea. It just cools the water down and urea needs to be added slowly to give time to warm up before adding more. I use a 6000 gal cone bottom tank with bubbler in bottom to circulate the mixture. Start with 30,000 lbs water and add about 1/4 of the urea and bubble for an hour. Add next quarter and bubble for four more hours. Repete. Repete. This is at 70 degree plus days. Takes 24 hours. Can make 18-20% N.
