acme alberta canada | Did that last year and was told it was a pain to do because you have to heat the mix to get it suspended.....bull. Dribbled 2 tonne(2000kg) out of truck with an auger into 900 gal of water in a hopper tank. Circulated the water with a 2" poly banjo pump. The first tank I did, dribbled the fert in over about 40 min. Circulated for about 2 hours and still wasn't melted. Decided to add another 200 gal of water and was done in 5 min. Must of been at max saturation with the 900 gal. Next tank 1100 gal and dribbled the same rate and was done in an hour. Was a coolish day and had no problem. Pretty much wore out the impeller in the pump doing the first batch. Know better this year. Analysis was 17.8-0-0 when I was done.
Ended up with about 1300 gal of liquid.
