Do anything it takes but don't run it! My buddy run custom chopping business and it sounds like a good way to break couple young guys starting a business venture. It was a wore out piece of junk and dealer knows it, if you had bought from a auction would be different story, but a dealer that's got it 'ready to go' should be standing behind it
