Heck I got a 40 ft by 50 ft back yard that I'm considering sticking a few runs of tile in.  There is not much topsoil, and the subsoil is miserable clay.  Dig some tile, connect it to the foundation drain, flow into the sump pump, and boom, I should have a better drained back yard.
