The all the dairies "here" to that on most of there ground. Plant annual following the silage corn, then cut the annual for silage in the spring, then go back to corn. One issue I see here with it is the annual can be really hard to kill out of the corn. You cut it off but it still has a massive root system under it and sometimes it wants to come back with strong.
