Follow the planter with paraquat. They will stay small and stunted for a while. We sprayed 36oz powermax, 8oz banvel, .75oz of harmony, and 2oz. Valor and have some that look like that. Did a few fields in 2 passes 12oz banvel, .75oz harmony. Then came back with RU and valor on the next pass and it seem to work better. Maybe some antagonism and may just be they got sprayed a few weeks earlier. They are one tough weed even when they are tiny.
