King City, Mo
Did you try different down pressure settings?

I wonder if all the material it is going to take more down force to keep the row unit down in the ground?

The row cleaner, no till cutter, true v's and spiked closing wheels all having to cut threw it.

Keep us posted how it turns out after you roll it.

I really like the cover on how it holds the soil in place, build organic matter, suppresses weeds, helps water infiltrate, and gives the soil life something to feed and keeps nutrients cycling. Just gotta work threw any issues that come up trying to plant into it green.

I'm interested in changing the closing wheels on my planter but want to figure out what is gonna work before I buy a set for the entire planter. The new Deere rubber tire plastic closing wheels with black plastic sides don't last like the old aluminum ones did.
