What I can see of the product it looks like a zinc sulfate product. The rec is to correct the zinc deficiency for quite awhile. This liquid product looks pretty expensive to me to do that.
Go to a chelated zinc product for this year and then use dry zinc sulfate to do a long term correction after this crop, assuming this ground will continue to grow a zinc sensitive crop.
