ECIL | Put your tractor tire right beside the old corn row, as close as you can get without driving them down. Your planter ought to put your bean rows right beside the old cornstalks. Makes for a pretty tedious day, but it's worth it imo. Running right down the middle of an old corn row makes for pretty crappy seed placement, even with a good coulter. FWIW I am running a Kinze 3600 12/24 and we do not offset the hitch. | |
