Subject: RE: 20 in Row Corn - No Till

Almont MI
I built mine on an old Kinze 6- 36 df planter now a 12-20. Martin row cleaners, schlagle closing wheels. I had in furrow last year in the pics, this year I have out the back 2x0 tubes to put on 20 gpa. It worked pretty well last year except where I had trash piles. I put new trash wheels and treader wheels for this year. I also built a 4" extension on every other row cleaner mount to hopefully clear last year's corn trash better going to beans. I also leave a 23" tram at 80" centers to clear tires better and it makes spraying really easy too. Only downside is the rows on either side of the tram end up being 18.5" apart.
