Now I know what the neighbors must think when we are no-tilling into standing corn stalks, that looks crazy. Our experience when ever we planted into green sod was the seed would lay there until green cover was dead then soil would warm up enough to sprout the bean. Maybe it would work better planting into annual cover versus sod.
