I think your solution is to apply some readily reactive sulfur to your soils. I may be wrong but I do believe that ammonium thiosulfate will reacts with aluminum to make aluminum sulfate, which is not toxic. I may be wrong because all soils are different and he aluminum could be in a form that can't easily be reacted off. I know most AL problems are in the subsoil.
