Southwest Iowa | Got started yesterday evening and quit about 11:30 last night. Conditions were perfect and the forecast was for 70 degrees and rain today. Turned out to be 46 degrees and rain.
Most guys are just getting a good start. Probably 15-20% done around here. I have a new tractor and new to me planter that I'm trying to get used to so yesterday and last night were interesting. I purposely picked to plant a farm that was down a dirt road so if I screwed up (which I did a couple times) the whole neighborhood wont see it | |
