Southeast Colorado | Have someone attempt starting the tractor while you hold a test light on the small wire on your starter solenoid. If no light you may have neutral safety problems (or possibly battery issues) If it lights, then you have starter issues. The accessory solenoid you are hearing is acting normal. EDIT: Sometimes a light rap or two on the side of the starter with a hammer will get you going in a pinch. That is a short term repair though.
