I have an '04 columbia with series 60 and have been fighting this problem since last fall. Just got a call from my service tech (was doing an AT search for answers) and said that the cup the injector sits in is corroded and leaking allowing antifreeze air and combustion to corrode injector and create air.
I'm looking into other opinions. Funny how AT brings us all together huh?
