North End I-15 | seen that in my life time more than I care to remember .
Probably the best way is to sell to the highest bidder and split equally .
Particularly when no one is the "one" home hoping the parents will favor them .
At this point in life I am in favor of disinheriting all the kids .
Give it to the starving Africans who really deserve it . ;< (
They contributed to the farms well being as much as the now apparent heirs did . :>)
