my bet is mom has it hiding somewhere. It took me 3 days to finally find a calf. today I went out to "check for calves", mom gets worked up and starts looking for her calf. So I took the 4wheeler and hid in a low spot behind some trees, took her about 20 minutes but she remembered where she hid him and gave up her hiding spot to me
