The European, the more accurate one is very cold, starting over the plains moving till it is centered in the lakes and over the Ohio valley.

15 day is showing generally good precipitation eastern 1/2 of the U.S. 2"-3", this includes eastern 1/2 of South Dakota and South.

Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, western 1/2 of South Dakota, Michigan, Minnesota, a little bit in Ohio, Indiana, & Nebraska, are still showing snow (1"- 15")which means the greater northern 1/2 of the nation is very cold.I don't expect much snow.
