Have you ever worked with your state/regional farm credit coop? Might be a place to start they usually have access to estate planners and trust attorneys or maybe an arbitrator. I would think they could at least refer you to an attorney with experience in difficult estate settlements.
Did the deceased not have any estate planning done? No surviving spouse just heirs?
