Walking a half hour per day (or more) helps quite a bit. Portion size. Don't eat too much late in the evening. Stay away from added sugar. Eat plenty of vegetables, preferably green vegetables, and drink plenty of water.
By doing this I have lost 40 lbs in the last 15 months. I still have the odd treat or fall off the wagon and eat more than I should but I keep working at it. |
