Congratulations. The key is what you eat, stay under 2000 calories per day but above 1500. Processed foods, Bread, Beer, Pop, Concentrated orange juice, French fries, all work against you. A good garden salad can be destroyed by the wrong salad dressing. (I was stunned what honey mustard has for calories.) Moderate exercise is good but watch out for injuries. A good brisk walk around the block can do a lot. Your advise is right on. Also did you know that margarine was originally made for weight gain in turkey rations. Remember that when its in front of you.
