 West Tennessee | I accomplished most of my weight loss by doing away with sugar sodas. I drink(drank) quite a few of them. :-( At the same time I started walking 30 minutes a day 5 days a week on the treadmill. The treadmill walking would do me a LOT more good if I would eat less. It sure does make me feel a lot better anyway. Lots of people say they would rather walk/exercise outside. For me I would never exercise outside if it's cold/wet/hot etc. Having the treadmill inside lets me watch TV and exercise FIRST thing in the morning no matter the weather. That way I don't get out of the habit. I've been doing this for about 8 years steadily now. | |
