That is a great example on what happens when covers are given enough time, sunlight, and nutrients.  I would caution the results would be different if planted later, interseeded, or on soil with insufficient nutrients.  What a great start to a corn crop! Nature will grow you a cover crop (weeds) if you dont plant one.
