That's a difficult question, Steve. Knowing you and your neighborhood, I would think you would have more power as a group if you can figure out how to share the cost and settle any disagreements among yourselves. Not many neighborhoods can do that but I would not be surprised if yours can. There is strength in numbers if you are one unified voice but one or two or more in disagreement can mess that up. I would think I would only want 4-5 good people whom I know I can pretty much agree with, not the whole pipeline. I couldn't put a price on the scars until the number got so large I got to thinking about all the good places I could spend it. Blessings in your endeavor of protecting your land. Ed Winkle |
