we use hot water seems to work the best for us, we put it in a garden sprayer and mix it with some water and spray on sometimes a few times in the same area, wait till it turns white and rinse off, pretty simple. I think the people with streaking problems didn't rinse it before it dried and didn't try and re acid it again.
