That might be the best advertisement for cover crops I've ever seen, Tim. It really shows how we can affect our fields and I bet that shows for years to come! That radish I accidentally planted with my wheat years ago still affects that 5 acre part of that field! I changed the conditions of my soil for years to come! Your pictures remind me how important it is to spread residue out of the combine or manure or fertilizer or chemicals or seed carefully. I can easily create different bands of soil conditions across one field or all fields.
