you should at least leave a couple spots and see what it does so you know for the future. Just might surprise you. I had some beans a couple years ago that crusted after the annual post-planting 10" 20 min rain and they came up really poor and looked terrible for about 2 months. Final stands around 70K. End up being 70+ BPA and the best beans I ever raised.
