Northeast SD | I have used it for quite sometime. The way it works is they dig up the seed eat it and it gives them a gut ache and they leave and don't come back. It will not work on animals only birds. It wont work on geese because they only clip off the top vegetation ie they don't dig down to get the seed. The first year I mixed it with in furrow fertilizer thru keetons over the seed. I thought it worked great until it plugged up my system. The Rep said it woulnt be effective as I was wasting 70% but it did repel the Pheasants.I now just use the powder hand mixed in the seed box.Some say it wont work as good as the liquid treated seed I think because I use a fingerplanter I get by better than the vacumm and airplanter systems which blow dry stuff off the seed. Great product be cause it don't kill it just makes em sick. | |
