No adapters that I know of and it will be a bit of a dog's breakfast. Problem is RV style plugs incorporate the turn signals and brake lights together like the tail lights on your truck, not separate like your semi trailer cord. Also if you want to use your goose neck trailer brakes you will need to install an electric brake controller and run a wire (it is possible to use the blue wire in your trailer cord but you will still have to deal with the turn signal problem). The way I've one it was install a separate plug and use your truck tail light wiring and run a wire from your cab for the trailer brake controller.
