Go try to expand and see how far $1XX or $2XX acre rent gets you. Some of us weren't born with a silver spoon in our mouth and haven't had a chance to ever buy a piece. Go ask a 30 some year old farmer if they could even afford the down payment on $10,000 acre ground. | |
