I'll say that at a minimum you will need the small discs to plant seed that small. If you take the time to fine tune the air pressure you can plant the flat seed, provided the seed company did a good job of grading. I believe that a White planter can plant flats or rounds with very good accuracy. They just need to be flats or rounds, not both. "Here" the small corn disc plants the vast majority of our corn.

You might be needing a new seed company too.
