Western-Central Lower Michigan		"They" claim the rancher owes over a MILLION $$$$ in grazing fees.

Dont know if thats true, seems if the Govt wanted that money, they could put a lien on "something" the rancher owns.

IF the rancher is a deadbeat and really owes that much, would that explain whats happened?
