Aberdeen MS		biggest mistake I made was expecting immediate results the first year out. Changing over had nothing to do with having the correct $$ goodies on the planter.

what helped the most was figuring out bringing the soil biology up to par was the biggest payback of going to reduced tillage. Managing the residue was first and foremost, and that is more than just having residue managers on the planter.

5 yrs is when things started to come around with "real positive" results.
