Local weather station is saying 35 as of 2:15. My brother who is trying to save a crop of peaches says otherwise. "There was already ice in the hose at 1. There is ice on support wires." So if its 4 degrees colder at 31 at my brothers house 10 miles from weather station and it get to 29 at station then will be 25 in the country. Lots of crop and pasture land gonna get it tonight.
So is the USDA fixing to temps to keep down the freeze "damage" |
