THanks for all the insight and perspective! If this seems to be moving forward, it sounds like i should hire a lawyer. 2 things concern me most. It's all been no till 20-30 years-it will take more than a decade to get that back to where it is now. And i'm using these fields for long term replicated cover crop research- how much is that worth? I guess i could do cover crop research on the remediated part but it goes across my fields, not lengthwise.
