A couple things that I remember from past discussions. You only want to give permission for the 1 line, they want more they have to come back. The second is that the right of way that they pay for is fenced both sides full length before any dirt moves, and they have to stay inside the fence. That keeps a 100 foot right of way from becoming 200.
