The pipeline has better lawyers than you. So with that in mind work with them and make sure that you plan for future tile lines, building expansions etc. Get them to burry it deep enough! We have several through our farm, the pipeline companies are very good to work with when you tile around them and stuff as long as you meet setbacks. People seem to forget that pipelines are for the greater good, oil/gas companies need to be efficient too.
