Clearville, Pa.

Make the best deal you can, they will put it in any way. They will file with FERC a petition called for the good of the people and the people are not the land owners. You will need 2 attorneys one for eminent domain and one for gas or energy. Another thing you need to understand is it is also tied to Homeland Security. We have gas storage under are property here in Bedford County, I would rather deal with a cooperhead then the gas company. I haven't been on a couple of the blog sites for gas industry for a while, but if you google Clearville gas storage you may find some useful information. Our state is way behind western states with the laws about energy!
