We have gas wells near a gravel pit. The gravel guys wanted to go as close to the gas well as they could. Asked the gas company were the 2 acre site corners were. They came back with a another so may meter encrouchment(spelled wrong). So instead of a couple acres it ties up a lot more but nothing was said when they surveyed the wells. You should have a lawyer help you through it.
